Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, specifically with Spring Boot, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define application requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Mandatory Skills





- Proven experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
