Key Responsibilities

- Program and configure DSP processors (QSC, Biamp Nexia, etc.).
- Configure and program microphones such as Shure and Sennheiser.
- Develop and modify control system programs using Crestron, Extron, Kramer, or AMX.
- Perform AV system integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with installation and project teams for implementation.
- Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, and control system issues.
- Work closely with OEM technical teams during project execution.
- Understand AV signal flow, networking (TCP/IP, AV-over-IP), and automation.
- Prepare technical documentation and support customized AV solutions.
- Ensure successful project implementation within timelines.
