Role & responsibilities

- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and prepare the Annual Training Calendar.
- Plan and coordinate induction, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
- Develop training content, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.
- Manage statutory and compliance training (POSH, Factory Act, Fire & Safety, EHS, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, etc.).
- Monitor training effectiveness, competency development, and maintain training MIS reports.
- Maintain training records, competency matrices, and update HRMS/LMS.
- Drive employee learning, leadership development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a robust learning culture across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR (L&D;/Training certification preferred).
- 58 years of experience in Training & Development/Learning & Development.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Poultry, Feed Mill, Food Processing, FMCG, or Agribusiness is preferred.
