Role & responsibilities

- Support ESG strategy development and implementation in alignment with business goals.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain ESG-related data and performance metrics.
- Prepare ESG reports, sustainability reports, and disclosures as per applicable frameworks.
- Assist in compliance with ESG regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor environmental performance, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste management, and resource efficiency.
- Support social initiatives related to employee welfare, diversity, inclusion, health and safety, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with departments such as HR, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance for ESG data collection.
- Conduct ESG assessments, audits, and gap analyses.
- Track sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Support stakeholder communication related to ESG performance.
- Maintain ESG documentation, policies, and records.
