Position: Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager

Base:Jaipur, Lucknow

What we are looking for:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Direct Industrial Sales-specially in packaging or automation.
- Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in the Bengali, Hindi and English.
- CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Business Development, coverage and expansion of market.
- Client Management and Customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend solutions from product portfolio.




- Report on market opportunities, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
- Ideal candidates should possess market and geography knowledge, demonstrate a solution-oriented approach should be mobile with 2 wheelers, ready to extensive travelling across length and breadth of Eastern Region and North eastern States.
- Eagar to acquire technical knowledge and current technologies.
- Preferred Education:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
