- Operate CNC angle line machines for processing tower angle sections.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings, BOMs, and CNC programs.
- Load raw angle materials and ensure proper machine setup.
- Verify dimensions, hole locations, cutting lengths, and markings as per drawings.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities immediately.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
- Ensure material traceability and identification throughout the process.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments.
- Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.
