Job Title: Onsite Engineer Audio Visual (AV) Services

Contract Duration: 3 Years
About the Role
We are hiring experienced Onsite / Resident Engineers from the Audio Visual (AV) industry to support enterprise clients in the USA. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work, client interaction, and managing high-end AV environments such as boardrooms, conference rooms, and video collaboration setups.
You will be the primary point of contact at client site, ensuring smooth AV operations and delivering a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support & maintenance for AV and Video Conferencing systems
- Manage AV setups including LED displays, projectors, video walls, DSPs, microphones, speakers, PTZ cameras & control systems
- Handle live meeting support for boardrooms, leadership meetings, and events
- Troubleshoot VC platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Google Meet
- Ensure quick resolution of issues within SLA timelines
- Perform preventive maintenance & system health checks
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for replacements and escalations
- Maintain service reports,
asset tracking, and RCA documentation
- Work closely with IT/network teams for integrated AV environments
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in AV systems & troubleshooting
- Exposure to Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Biamp, QSC, Poly, Cisco solutions
- Strong understanding of Audio signal flow, HDMI/HDBaseT, Networking, AV over IP
- Experience in corporate AV environments / managed services
- Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities independently
Experience & Eligibility
- 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in AV industry
- Valuable communication & written skills (mandatory for client interaction)
- Willingness to work in an onsite international environment (USA)
