The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely receipt and dispatch of materials, and maintaining a protected and organized warehouse environment. The role requires coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure efficient material flow and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and shipments.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare warehouse and logistics reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and transportation teams.
- Handle documentation related to inward and outward movements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
