Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

1. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide

adequate product knowledge

2. Influencing and selling jewellery

3. Achieve target - Monthly / Seasonal

4. Maintain high VM standard at store

5. Addressing all customer queries

6. Following up with the customers

7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for

customers

8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise

for delivery.

9. Retaining the existing or new customers

10. Maintain and monitor store inventory

11. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel

14. Working on POS, ERP system, Magento etc

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid sales and customer service orientation.

* Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

* Basic computer and email knowledge.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
