Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Analyze test results using tools like Dynatrace, JMeter, etc. to provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Develop automated tests using scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Job Requirements :

- 6-16 years of experience in Performance Testing Engineering role.
- Proficiency in tools like Dynatrace, JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, Silicon Perfmon.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
