Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility. The ideal candidate should have robust field experience in managing support services, supervising teams, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that the premises are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and monitor housekeeping, security, and other support service teams.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the premises.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
- Address occupant or guest concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records related to daily operations, vendor activities, and service requests.




- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping and facility-related consumables and coordinate replenishment.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure a positive experience for occupants and visitors.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 58 years of relevant experience in facility supervision, hospitality, residential communities, guest houses, or institutional facilities.
- Experience in leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and record keeping.
