About the Job-

As an Sr Wiring Harness Design Engineer in R&D;, Responsible for end-to-end harness design including

schematic creation, routing, packaging, and documentation in

compliance with customer specifications and international

standards

MANDATORY SKILLS

Should have a wiring harness product development

Knowledge.

Component Selection and finding the equivalent

BOM breakdown and Process Breakdown

Understanding the requirements of the client and should

handle independentely

Should have a good knowledge on the CADD (Solid works ,

Catia , Nx )

Good Communication

technical SKILLS

Specialied in Wiring Harness manufacturing , product

design and development and harness assembling process.





Should have skilled to understand the customer and

engineering drawing and documents.

Should have positive knowledge on wire , terminal , connector

and other components .

Should have hands on experience in the process time

calculation

Should have a good hands on experience in routing board

and jigs development .

Should have good knowledge in the product certification

requirements.

Should have good knowledge on the harness electrical

testing requirements.

Hands on experience on the different type of harness assy

process

Automation or any classical wiring harness process is an

added advantage

Knowledge on QMS ISO 9001, AS9100 & IATF 16949

APQP , FMEA , Control Plan , PPAP and SPC

Should be good in CADD tool like , NX , CREO , Solid Works

etc
