Position: International Chat Support Executive

Shift: (Rotational shifts /Night Shift)

Office Location: TP Mohali, Gate 1, Plot A40, Phase 8B, Sector 75,Mohali,Punjab

- Freshers/Experienced candidates are welcome (Any stream)
- International BPO experience = added advantage
- Comfortable with night shifts/rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners required this week

Working Schedule-

- Days: 5 days per week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts of 10 hours
- Weekly Off: rotational weekly off
- Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months of joining

Eligibility Criteria-

- Education: Grad./ UG
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates




- Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years

Additional Benefits-

- Cab Facility: Available only for female employees during night shifts (between 9 PM to 6 AM)

- Respond to global customer queries via chat, voice & email
- Provide clear, easy to understand technical assistance
- Register complaints & offer suitable resolutions
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
- Deliver excellent customer experience
