Mesha is a Genetics and Breeding company for goats. We are not just breeding goats; we are building the worlds largest mutton company by industrialising goats genetics and breeding. The industrialisation required us to develop large-scale industrial goat parks, and our first park will be in Hindupur with an investment of above 750 crores. Our ambition is to become the world's largest mutton company, a category we are not joining; we are creating it. By deploying cutting-edge genetic science through these purpose-built, highly controlled environments, we are engineered to produce consistent, premium mutton at a scale that has never existed in the global market.

Behind this vision stands an unconventional founding trio: a Computer Science PhD, a dropout, and a self-made billionaire. Before building these industrial goat parks, we operated as one of the largest live goat traders in India, gaining an inside-out knowledge of the industry that became the very foundation for Mesha. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an Infrastructure Director who can take full ownership of infrastructure building and maintenance across our park proactively. This role involves hands-on responsibility for the planning, construction, and upkeep of sheds and all farm infrastructure,



alongside ensuring these structures support strict veterinary preventive protocols and livestock biosecurity, so that disease outbreaks simply don't happen, at scale, across thousands of animals. You will oversee construction and maintenance of sheds and panels, ensure proper ventilation, drainage, and layout for biosecurity and animal welfare, plan and execute vaccination and deworming calendars, enforce quarantine and biosecurity protocols, oversee feed and water testing, and drive weekly shed and panel sanitization without exception, coordinating executionthrough Park Heads and Infra Heads, logging every activity without fail, and escalating both infrastructure and disease risk within hours, not days. The ideal candidate is strict, hands-on, and uncompromising, with strong knowledge of shed and warehouse construction, overseeing farm or industrial construction, or leading livestock operations at scale will be highly preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

- Ensure every shed and panel is built to spec for ventilation, drainage, spacing, and biosecurity before animals are moved in.
- Track construction budgets and material usage against approved estimates; flag overruns immediately.
- Inspect ongoing construction sites regularly and sign off only on work that meets quality and safety standards.
- Plan expansion and recent shed/panel construction ahead of batch inflow,



so infrastructure is never the bottleneck.
- Maintain and repair existing sheds and panels damage, wear, or structural issues addressed within days, not weeks.
- Keep every construction site and completed structure free of weeds, stagnant water, damage, and dog entry.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT?

This is not a role where you visit sites occasionally, sign off on contractor reports, and call it done. You will be responsible for building and enforcing a system where sheds and panels are constructed right the first time, across every park, every batch. Your role goes beyond construction oversight; you will be expected to plan builds ahead of need, drive daily execution through Park Heads and Infra Heads, address deviations promptly, and hold yourself to the same standard you demand from your team. Your ability to enforce discipline, act decisively on every shortcut or lapse, and build a culture where quality is never compromised for speed will be critical to protecting infrastructure at scale.

COMPENSATION

The Infrastructure director will be compensated with a monthly salary of 50000+25000. We are flexible with compensation for the right candidate.
