Principal Duties

And Responsibilities:

- Determine project deliverables and critical target dates in consultation with the Client and the Project team
- Experience in solution positioning, proposal building, preparing RFP responses.
- Drive Capability building .
- Prepare project plans, resource plan, budget, and manage project delivery within time and cost estimates to the satisfaction of the client
- Manage and escalate project risks and issues timeously.
- Participate in the risk evaluation meetings onsite and disseminate the risk information to team members
- Create and maintain the Project Quality Plan along with all the metrics and measures.
- Conduct timely reviews to ensure adherence to systems and processes.
- Ensure that all project documentation adheres to the set quality standards.
- Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Provide the project stakeholders with the relevant status reports.
- Liaison with Client Project Managers and Field Supervisor on the project on day to day basis.
- Provide logistical guidance in field for data collection team
- Convene daily team meetings to ensure camaraderie,



communication and quality control
- Monitor data collection process to ensure field manual protocols and procedures are being followed, provide guidance to team workers
- Participate actively in data collection alongside the field team workers
- Keep daily summary record regarding activities of the data Managing the assigned Data Collectors and confirming that they are meeting project requirements
- Primary contact for the Client for resolution of project related issues for the region

Qualifications:

- Engineering Degree
- MBA / PGDM -Mandatory

Experience:

- 6-9 years
- Should have experience on Hexagon/Infor EAM implementation project in functional cross functional area.
- Experience of working on key EAM solutions like SAP PM, Maximo, MS Dynamics, Oracle, IFS will be added advantage.
- Exposure to Enterprise asset Management processes across industries like Oil and Gas, Chemicals, utilities, Healthcare, Telecom, Transportation etc.
- Exposure in configuration design, development, and support of Hexagon EAM

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Functional knowledge of all Hexagon/Infor EAM modules
- Should have done at least 3-4 Hexagon/Infor EAM Implementation projects
