- Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in Hindi, as a majority of our stakeholders are Hindi-speaking
- Good understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements
- Ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment
- High levels of ownership, accountability, and execution intent
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
