We are hiring a Compliance Head for a leading NBFC based in Gurgaon.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the NBFC sector.
- Solid expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, RBI regulations, and statutory compliances.
- Proven experience in handling compliance frameworks, regulatory audits, inspections, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Company Secretary (CS) Mandatory
- LLB – Mandatory
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to 40 LPA (depending on experience and suitability)
