Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and energetic Solution and Offer Manager to create and evaluate Factory Automation Solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements and developing techno-commercial automation solutions that meet business objectives. The candidate will work closely with Sales Teams, System Integrators, Solution Architects, and Customers to develop standardized, cost-effective, and scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, standardize, and scale industry-focused Factory Automation solutions that drive revenue growth and profitability.

- Evaluate automation solutions prepared by System Integrators for technical and commercial feasibility.

- Develop cost-effective standard automation solutions for recurring customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Regional Managers, Solution Architects, Sales Teams, System Integrators, and Customers.

- Prepare technical documentation, including:

- System Architecture

- Layout Drawings

- Functional Descriptions

- Safety Concepts





- Evaluate new automation components and technologies and perform technical comparisons against alternative products.

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.

- Define and maintain solution standards and engineering guidelines.

- Support strategic customer meetings and build strong partnerships with suppliers.

- Develop demonstration concepts and maintain the organization's solution knowledge repository.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Factory Automation products and solutions.

- Experience with Robots, Cobots, PLCs, HMIs, Industrial PCs/Servers, Electromechanical Devices, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Material Handling Systems, Communication Protocols, Design & Simulation Software.

- Ability to conceptualize system-level automation solutions.

- Experience in techno-commercial proposal preparation and solution evaluation.

- Strong understanding of System Architecture and industrial automation applications.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Teams, Channel Partners, Customers, and System Integrators.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, innovation mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

- High attention to detail and customer-focused approach.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
