Principal Duties

And

Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients in the capital projects domain to understand business needs and define tailored solutions using industry-standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of tools like Oracle Unifier, Aconex, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), etc.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Translate functional requirements into system configurations and workflows to optimize capital project management processes.
- Support clients in digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with project governance, controls, and reporting standards.
- Facilitate user training sessions and prepare functional documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution integrity, data integration, and successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement through analytics and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required).
- MBA or master s degree in management, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Certifications in Oracle PPM tools (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Aconex) or PMP/PRINCE2 (added advantage).

Experience:

- 4 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, project controls,



or digital transformation in the capital projects sector.
- Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following tools: Oracle Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Aconex PPM.
- Strong exposure to capital-intensive industries such as Infrastructure, Utilities, Oil Gas, Energy, data center or EPC.
- Experience in managing or supporting the implementation of project lifecycle solutions (initiation to closeout)

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Solid understanding of capital project workflows, including cost control, schedule management, procurement, and document control.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring PPM tools, with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create meaningful dashboards/reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage change in complex project environments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
