Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with DevOps exposure to lead software engineering projects and ensure smooth delivery of technology initiatives. You will coordinate across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams to manage timelines, risks, priorities, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage DevOps and software engineering projects from start to finish.
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and project progress.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Communicate project status to business and technical stakeholders.
- Support Agile ways of working (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Monitor delivery metrics and prepare status reports.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7–11 years of project/program management experience in software organizations.
- Understanding of DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC.
- Previous hands-on software development exposure.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CI/CD, cloud, or DevOps transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance programs.
- Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
- Experience working with global distributed teams.
