Staff R&D; Product Development Engineer Electromechanical Relays

Location: Pune (or as per requirement)

Experience: 8-15 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

Job Description:

- Lead the development of next-generation electromechanical relay products.
- Design and develop magnetic systems, contact systems, and relay architectures.
- Drive product innovation from concept through industrialization.
- Work closely with Product Management, Simulation, Testing, and Manufacturing teams.
- Perform feasibility studies, design validation, DFMEA, DFM, and reliability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as EN 61810-1, UL 61810-1, EN 60335-1, and EN 60669-1.




- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to global R&D; initiatives.

Preferred Candidate:

- 812+ years of experience in electromechanical relay product development.
- Strong expertise in magnetic systems and contact systems.
- Hands-on experience with PTC Creo or equivalent 3D CAD tools.
- Positive understanding of relay physics, materials, reliability, and international standards.
