- Lead the development team to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and testing code written by junior developers.
- Develop strategic plans for improving existing systems architecture and scalability.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in ASP.NET, C#, Python etc.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
