- Managing the customer leads that come on the NoBrokers application and converting for
Home Loans
- Maintain a solid coordination with the sales team to maximize the customer conversion for
Loans
- Manage and supervise the entire login to disbursement process of Home loan files and
ensure minimum TAT and maximum customer conversion
- Display high customer centricity and be prompt in resolving issues highlighted by both
external and internal stakeholders
