- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and feedback.
- Negotiate compensation and release offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
- Experience in a Service-Based IT Company is mandatory
- Robust hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Tamil is preferred
- Must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Bangalore
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less are preferred.
- Master Degree in Human Resources.
- Experience recruiting for multiple technologies simultaneously.
