Job Description SAP CPI Integration Consultant JG4

As SAP Cloud and Integration developer, we look forward to your contribution with analysis, design, development and implementation of enterprise solutions on SAP BTP.

Roles and responsibilities:

Attend technical / architecture design review meetings and help design high performance, scalable, reliable and secure enterprise solutions.

Demonstrate excellent quality, design, development delivery skills.

Responsible for creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, defect-free code using software development best practices and coding standards

Be able to work on multiple projects / initiatives in parallel and to deliver on tight schedule. - Work multi-functionally with various teams across different time zones.

Assist business analysts in the development and maintenance of training materials and reference guides

Support technical requirement gathering, develop prototypes/PoCs/recommend solutions with limited information from the business, delivery quality Technical specifications and documentation.

Run a quality assessment of peers code

IT Knowledge

A bachelors degree in computer science or IT (or equivalent) or applicable work experience.

8 - 15 years of experience in SAP Consulting and delivery

Hands-on experience with cloud solutions; preferable with SAP BTP / SCP

Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP Business Application studio, SAP API Business Hub, Cloud Integration and various Hyperscalers

Experience with hyperscale service integration is a plus

Methodology:CAP and Cloud-native architecture principles





Experience of building applications using SAP BTP Platform (RESTful ABAP programming model).

Tools experience in SAP ADT, SAP Business Application Studio and SAP BTP Cockpit.

Hands on experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE.

Hands on expertise in IDoc, Adobe forms, BOPF, workflows, forms, ABAP CDS ATC and code inspector configurations.

Knowledge on Github, CI/ CD, BOPF, FPM will be an added advantage

Practice of modern software engineering including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and releasing

Familiarized with usage of agile methods like test-driven development, continuous integration delivery

Desired (Valuable to have) IT Skills and Characteristics

Experience with SCRUM or other Agile/Lean development methodologies

Experience with HANA, UI5, FIORI, NetWeaver, CPI, SLT, HCI

Excellent writing proficiency, visual design, and presentation skills and a willingness to work in team environments.

Understanding of standard HR business processes and data flow within a functional area.

Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services.

Must demonstrate the ability to think and work independently.
