Job Title: Senior Officer(Hydrogenation)
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Experience: API manufacturing with hands-on experience in hydrogenation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute hydrogenation reactions as per BMR and SOPs.
Operate high-pressure hydrogenation reactors, autoclaves, ANFD, centrifuges, and dryers.
Monitor critical process parameters such as hydrogen pressure, temperature, and reaction progress.
Handle catalyst charging, filtration, solvent recovery, and downstream processing.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, EHS, and data integrity requirements.
Maintain accurate batch documentation and equipment logbooks.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production operations.
Ensure protected handling of hydrogen gas, pressure systems, and hazardous chemicals.
