- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Establish quality procedures, checklists, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, project specifications, and industry best practices.
- Conduct quality audits and site inspections to monitor adherence to approved processes.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for quality compliance.
Quality Control (QC)
- Monitor construction activities including civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Verify material quality through inspections, approvals, and laboratory test reports.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Track and close quality observations and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA/QC records,
inspection reports, test certificates, and quality registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation for project handover and quality certifications.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Evaluate contractor workmanship and quality performance.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in vendor assessment and material approval processes.
- Conduct quality awareness programs for contractors and site teams.
Customer & Handover Quality
- Conduct pre-handover inspections and snag rectification reviews.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved before unit handover.
- Support CRM and project teams in resolving quality-related customer complaints.
- Monitor defect liability period (DLP) quality issues and corrective actions.
