Position Overview
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 8 9 years of hands-on
expertise in configuration and a proven track record of working on instance
separation projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing,
implementing, and optimising Employee Central modules for our clients, ensuring
seamless HR processes and data integrity within the Indian business context.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
implementation and configuration projects, with a particular focus on instance
separation activities.
Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective
system configurations and solutions tailored to client needs in India.
Configure Employee Central modules including organisational management,
position management, employee data management, and workflow design.
Manage and execute instance separation projects, ensuring minimal
disruption and robust data security during the process.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and
business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause




analysis for continuous improvement.
Prepare documentation, user manuals, and deliver training sessions for end
users.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, best practices,
and compliance standards relevant to the Indian market.
Required Skills Experience
8 9 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
configuration, including at least one instance separation project.
Robust understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
Deep expertise in configuration, business process mapping, and data
migration within Employee Central.

Experience in handling complex instance separation projects with a focus on
data integrity and security.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of regional Indian languages
considered an advantage.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
