Senior Pre-Sales Lead - AI, Automation Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Lead to drive strategic opportunities across the US and UK markets. The role combines business consulting, AI automation solutioning, solution architecture, commercial consulting, and executive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead chance qualification, pursuit strategy, and deal shaping.
- Conduct discovery workshops and define transformation roadmaps.
- Design AI and automation solutions using:
- Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Process Automation and Process Mining
- Analytics and Decision Intelligence

- Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Develop business cases, ROI models, pricing, and estimation frameworks.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and deliver compelling transformation narratives.
- Support industry-focused pursuits across Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Supply Chain, and Shared Services.
- Contribute to solution assets, reference architectures, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills

Pre-Sales Consulting

- 10+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Automation.
- Experience leading large enterprise and multi-million-dollar pursuits.
- Business consulting, stakeholder management, proposal leadership,



and executive presentations.

AI Automation

- Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG.
- AI Governance and Responsible AI.
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
- Enterprise Automation Solutions.

Platforms

- UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

Cloud Architecture

- Azure and/or AWS.
- Solution Architecture, API Integrations, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Microservices.

Commercial Leadership

- ROI modeling, pricing, estimation, value realization.
- Executive storytelling, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred Skills
- Appian, Pega, ServiceNow.
- Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath Process Mining.
- AI Agents, AIOps, Knowledge Graphs, Prompt Engineering.
- Experience in Managed Services, Global Delivery, and US/UK market pursuits.
