Job Description (JD) AC, HVAC, Chiller & 3-Phase Technician

Objective:

To hire a skilled technician capable of independently handling installation, maintenance,

troubleshooting, and repair of AC, HVAC, Chiller, and 3-Phase Electrical systems.

Position Title: AC, HVAC, Chiller & 3-Phase Electrical Technician

Scope of Industry: HVAC, Air Conditioning, Chiller, Electrical Maintenance & AMC Services

Location: Dharuhera

Experience Required:

25 Years of relevant experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Chiller, and Electrical Maintenance.

Qualification:

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Relevant HVAC and Electrical maintenance experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Package

Units, and VRF/VRV systems.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.

• Diagnose and repair Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and associated

equipment.

• Carry out gas charging, leak detection, vacuuming, pressure testing,



and commissioning

activities.

• Troubleshoot and maintain 3-phase electrical systems, control panels, motors, contactors,

relays, and electrical circuits.

• Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and HVAC schematics.

• Attend AMC and emergency breakdown calls at customer sites.

• Prepare service reports and update maintenance records.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Coordinate with customers and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently.

Required Skills :

• Solid knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration systems.

• Hands-on experience in Chiller and 3-Phase Electrical troubleshooting.

• Ability to use Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Manifold Gauge Set, Vacuum Pump, and other

HVAC tools.

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements :

• Valid driving license preferred.

• Complete site work Willingness to travel to customer locations with in radius of 50-60 kms of

company location.

• Ability to handle emergency service calls when required.
