B) Job Description

- Business finance role, with strong analysis and reporting skills.
- MIS reports and analysis.
- Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Pricings.
- Variance analysis.
- Monitoring KPIs, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
- Formulation of margin improvement plan, margin sensitivity analysis of clients.
- Tracking margins at regular intervals, informing leadership of trends and actuals by preparing presentations and periodic financial reporting to facilitate decision making.
- Enforcing continuous financial rigor on client contracts for identification and mitigation of execution risks at early stages.
- Resource + Util management




- Revenue projection, tracking, reconciliation circulation of report to leadership for making informed decisions on growth and operations.
- Stakeholder management + leadership support.
- Month closing reporting
- Contract vetting (valuable to have)
- Strong Excel knowledge
