Job Summary: We are hiring an Area Business Head (ABH) to drive agency sales, recruit and develop advisors, and lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and activate advisors.
- Lead and motivate the BDM team.
- Drive advisor productivity and business growth.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Eligibility:
- 4-8 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, FMCG, NBFC, or Pharma Sales.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Robust leadership and sales orientation.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
