- Lead and manage all Instrumentation & Automation activities across the facility.
- Develop maintenance strategies, reliability programs, and asset management plans.
- Oversee PLC, SCADA, DCS, RTU, HMI, BMS, EMS, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure reliability and availability of field instruments, analyzers, control valves, and automation systems.
- Manage instrumentation for HVAC, Fire Alarm, Gas Detection, Water Treatment, Chemical Dosing, and Utility Systems.
- Lead commissioning, testing, upgrades, shutdowns, and modernization projects.
- Establish calibration, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
- Develop departmental budgets, CAPEX/OPEX plans, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations,



Electrical, Mechanical, Projects, HSE, and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor selection, technical evaluations, procurement support, and contract administration.
- Lead audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor engineering and technician teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Masters Degree preferred.
- 12 – 20 years of experience in Power, Solar, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Data Center, Industrial Utilities, Water Treatment, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or departmental head role.
