Netwoven is looking for a Microsoft Program - Technical Manager professional who will bring in expertise and proficiency in managing Enterprise organization Microsoft Partner relationship with a solid understanding of corporate business policies, sales and marketing through the organization's Microsoft Partner Relationship as well as the company's internal marketing efforts.

- Functional / Technical knowledge of the following Microsoft products
- Azure
- Dynamics 365
- Power BI
- Microsoft 365
- Security
- SharePoint
- Teams
Sales skills
Search Criteria:
- Must have worked with Microsoft or with a Microsoft partner.
- May have played a role of Microsoft Partner Development Manager in Microsoft India
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incentives of the Microsoft partner program
- Ensure that resources are certified to meet partner program expectations.
- Stay up to date with the Microsoft Program changes.
- Work with the Microsoft Fast Track team
- Work with the Microsoft Partner Development Manager (PDM) and ensure the scorecard is always updated.
- Follow up with Microsoft support at times to verify and remediate data.
- Ensure that all consulting projects have PAL, CPOR assigned.
- Understand Microsoft partner program strategy and work with the Netwoven Microsoft alliance manager to execute the strategy.
- Participate in Microsoft meetings to stay updated with the program.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft programs internally in sales and delivery teams
- Work with overlapping time zone with US on some days of the week until about 10 AM Pacific Time US.
Experience Required: Min 14+ work experience in IT industry.
