Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Backend Developer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade backend applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP, and SQL, with proven leadership capabilities in delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture principles.
- Develop scalable applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate .
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Experience with AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices with knowledge of API Management Gateways.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL . Knowledge of NoSQL databases is desirable.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, SONAR, and Rundeck .
- Ensure security best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including secure coding standards.
- Analyze user stories, provide effort estimates, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead a team of 10 15 developers in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Mentor team members by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting support.
- Participate throughout the project lifecycle,



from requirement analysis to production support.
- Collaborate effectively in Agile and Scaled Agile development environments.
- Quickly adapt to emerging technologies and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Solid expertise in Spring Boot , Spring Cloud , Hibernate , and Microservices .
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL .
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and API Gateways.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, SONAR, Nexus, and Rundeck.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and SDLC security principles.
- Experience leading development teams of 10 15 members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile development environments.
