Our client is introducing a hybrid healthcare and fulfilment model that helps connect patients in underserved markets to healthcare providers and other key ecosystem players digitally and executing it through a robust 3-tier model of Hub, Spoke and a network of satellite health centres.

Job Role:

Center Manager to take complete ownership of our diagnostics center. In this role, you will lead the center's end-to-end business operations, drive strategic sales growth through strong physician networks, and hold full accountability for the center s Profit & Loss (P&L;). The ideal candidate brings a robust blend of operational excellence and corporate sales acumen within the healthcare space, backed by an established network of local doctors and medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. P&L; Ownership & Business Growth

- Take full accountability for the center s financial performance, managing budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs.

- Design and execute strategic business plans to maximize profitability, optimize resource utilization, and achieve month-on-month growth.

- Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify areas for revenue leakage control and cost optimization.

2. Sales, Marketing & Doctor Engagement

- Actively drive B2B healthcare sales by leveraging and expanding a robust network of local doctors, clinicians, hospitals, and corporate clients to increase referrals.

- Design and implement localized marketing campaigns, health camps, and outreach programs to increase footfall and brand visibility.

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)



and referring physicians in the region.

3. Operations & Center Management

- Oversee daily front-office, lab, and radiology workflows to ensure seamless operations, minimal patient turnaround time (TAT), and accurate reporting.

- Ensure absolute compliance with healthcare regulations, diagnostic quality standards (NABL/NABH), and safety protocols.

- Inventory and asset management, ensuring high uptime of diagnostic machinery and optimal stock levels of lab consumables.

4. Team Leadership & Patient Experience

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team including lab technicians, radiologists, front-office executives, and sales personnel.

- Foster a patient-centric culture, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, empathy, and grievance resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 12 to 15 years of total experience in healthcare operations and sales, with a proven track record of managing a hospital or large diagnostic center s P&L.;

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Science, or a related field. An MBA or Master s in Healthcare Management is highly preferred.

- Networking Skills: An active, deeply entrenched network of local doctors, clinical specialists, and medical communities in the region is mandatory .

- Core Competencies: Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis), exceptional leadership skills, sharp negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of diagnostic center operations.
