We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer - PM to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3 lakhs per annum salary.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products and equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of products and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Train and guide junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Robust knowledge of product management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
