Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in manufacturing processes, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute audit plans, analyze data, and report findings.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit results.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field (e.g., accounting, finance).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, etc.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards (e.g., OSHA), industry best practices.
