Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks on extracted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Review and evaluate different use cases and workflows as part of the data validation process.
- Validate extracted information against source documents and identify discrepancies or missing data.
- Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and TAT requirements.
- Document findings, edge cases, and quality issues during the evaluation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback for improving data extraction models and workflows.
- Support the assessment and validation of operational workflows and requirements.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance, data validation, operations, or similar roles.
- Prior exposure to insurance or related domains is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting timelines.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data review tools.
