- Execute recruitment plans to meet regional manpower requirements.
- Strengthen employee engagement and retention through regular interaction and branch visits.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to organizational HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and Full & Final settlements.
- Partner with Operations to improve workforce productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare and present periodic HR dashboards, scorecards, and compliance reports to management.
