Position: Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

a) Model Development Deployment: Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using Python, R, or SAS to solve complex business problems.

b) Data Management Transformation: Handle large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality through extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis using SQL.

c) BI Visualization: Create and maintain insightful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Advanced Excel to effectively communicate data-driven insights.

d) Independent Analysis Insight Generation: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key trends and generate actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

e) Communication Presentation: Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, in both written and verbal formats.

f) Project Ownership: Lead and manage end-to-end analytics projects,



ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

g) Cloud Experience: Leverage cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data processing and model deployment as required.

Primary Role Requirements (Must Have):

a) Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with model development and machine learning using Python particularly in the BFSI domain.

b) Proven experience working with large data volumes, including extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

c) Proficiency in machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting.

d) Strong hands-on experience with SQL and any BI tool like Tableau, Power BI, or Advanced Excel.

e) Ability to independently analyze data and extract key insights.

f) Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights effectively.

Educational Qualifications (Must Have):BE /BTech/ MTech in Computer Science or Information technology or Artificial Intelligence from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
