The Technology specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Litmus7s on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across critical services. This role requires hands-on experience in virtualization, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and security technologies.
Core Responsibilities
Virtualization, Servers & Infrastructure
• Manage and administer VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
• Perform server deployment.
• Maintain backup infrastructure and perform restores (Veeam preferred).
• Manage Azure & AWS accounts.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access policies, and audit logs.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and identity lifecycle.
• Support SSO,



MFA, conditional access, and identity security hygiene.
• Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 licensing, policies, and configs.
• Administer SharePoint Online, Teams configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Support project implementations, migrations, rollouts, and workplace upgrades.
• Participate in on-call activities and escalations.
• Configure and Manage Cisco Meraki Access points
• Configure and Manage Palo Alto Firewalls
