Key Responsibilities:

- Handling of parental seeds with full confidentiality and sow them as per plan
- Hybrid Seed production from TC1 to Pas 5
- Knowledge to conduct Seed Production Research.
- Handling of breeding nursery and assist lead breeder for selection
- Organize land and other infrastructure to carry out breeding operations.
- Labor planning and their arrangement and assure their regular flow.
- Tremendous engagement in field and field related activities

Education, Skills, and Work Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Ph.D / M.Sc in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Agronomy

Relevant Work Experience: PhD with 8-10 years of breeding experience in a seed company, M.Sc. with 12-15 Years of breeding experience.
