- Operate granulation equipment such as rollers, hammers, and screens to produce capsules or tablets according to specifications.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality products meet customer requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and optimize production efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations (OSD).
- Strong understanding of granulation processes for producing capsules or tablets.
- Ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
