Job Summary

GRS Fantasy Park is looking for a dedicated Water Quality Executive to ensure the highest standards of water quality across pools, water slides, and attractions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for water testing, chemical analysis, monitoring treatment systems, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the smooth operation of water treatment facilities while ensuring a safe and hygienic setting for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular water testing and analyze samples from pools, water slides, and other water attractions.
- Monitor and maintain water quality parameters, including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and other chemical balances.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Operate and monitor chemical dosing systems, filtration units, and water treatment equipment.
- Troubleshoot water quality issues, contamination risks, and chemical imbalances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly water quality reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure proper functioning of pumps, filters, and treatment systems.
- Supervise and guide the pool maintenance team in day-to-day water quality activities.
- Train staff on water treatment procedures, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
- Analyze water quality trends and recommend improvements to optimize treatment processes.




- Ensure safe handling, storage, and usage of treatment chemicals.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of chemistry and water treatment processes.
- Good understanding of pH control, chlorine dosing, water balancing, and microbiological control.
- Hands-on experience with water testing equipment and chemical analysis.
- Knowledge of filtration, disinfection, and automated dosing systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve water quality issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Experience in supervising maintenance or water treatment teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and record management.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations related to water quality.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in water treatment, swimming pool maintenance, water quality management, environmental monitoring, or laboratory analysis.
- Experience in water parks, hotels, resorts, amusement parks, hospitals, sports complexes, municipal water treatment plants, or industrial water treatment will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and strong technical knowledge may also apply.
