The individual must be able to convey solutions and concepts in a positive, transparent, and concise manner to clients. Candidate must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Job Description
- Understanding of SQL databases and integration through web services.
- Mapping business requirements. Identifying gaps and creating solutions document for those.
- Document all requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and test team understand them clearly to go about their tasks.
- Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis.
- Involve in preparation and validation of (SRS, FRD).
- Involve in preparation of Mockups of gathered requirement.
- Involve in Preparing Gap analysis document between Client Requirement & Product for customization.(GAD)
- Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
