Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of industrial packaging equipment, automation solutions, consumables, and spare parts

Develop recent business through prospecting and customer acquisition

Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships

Identify opportunities in Steel, Aluminium, Engineering, FMCG, Warehousing, and Manufacturing sectors

Negotiate orders, achieve sales targets, and ensure collections

Coordinate project execution and after-sales support

Extensive travel across Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and West Bengal

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Business Development & Key Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in Industrial Equipment, Machinery, Capital Goods, Engineering Solutions, or Packaging Products
- Knowledge of strapping machines, stretch wrapping systems, pallet packaging solutions, and packaging consumables is an added advantage
