Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required

Preferred: MBA, Masters in Analytics, Statistics,



or Market Research

Experience: Seeking professionals with 7 12 years of experience in market research, employee research, benefits consulting, research operations, survey program management, and consulting delivery. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in managing research initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering actionable business insights.

Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare perks, insurance, human capital consulting, employee experience research, or benchmarking services is preferred. Exposure to data-driven consulting environments and large-scale research programs will be an added advantage.
