Lead Generation Specialist

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to find potential prospects, conduct initial outreach, and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline for our sales team.

Job Details

- Salary: 25,000 to 28,000 CTC per month
- Schedule: 6-day work week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and research potential business clients and decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on their budget, needs, and interest.
- Book meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
- Keep the CRM database updated with accurate lead details.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in sales.
- Skills: Good communication skills and a confident phone presence.
