About the Role-

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Developer to join our Technology team. If you have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Python, and enjoy building intelligent, scalable AI solutions, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities-

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks.
Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation tools.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering techniques.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models.
Develop REST APIs and integrate AI models into web and enterprise applications.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, training, and model evaluation.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI models for performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Skills-





3 4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG.
Experience integrating AI models using OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
Experience with FastAPI or Flask for API development.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications-

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or AI Agents is an added advantage.
